Vibha's experience and expertise

Vibha is  a New South Wales-licensed conveyancer and she joined KJB Law in 2021, with many years of experience in conveyancing under her belt.

She arrived in Australia in 2014, and quickly adopted real estate as her field of special interest.

In 2023, she passed the Conveyancing Law and Practice course at Macquarie University and has been admitted to work as a licensed conveyancer in New South Wales.

Vibha’s area of focus includes conveyancing services related to the sale, purchase, and transfers of residential properties in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.

"I want to make conveyancing transactions as stress-free as possible for all my clients, facilitated by prompt and efficient response and advice," she says.

Other interests

In her spare time, Vibha loves painting Australian landscapes and seascapes. "The landscapes here in this country have always fascinated me, especially as the seasons change," she says.

"The top one is almost nine years old and was painted when we moved to Australia from overseas.

I was so amazed to see the clouds here are just like balls of cotton wool floating around. In some places, it looks like you can just lift up your hands and touch them!

"South Durras, just north of Batemans Bay, in New South Wales, is in the Murramarang National Park and it's one of our favourite holiday destinations, just because of how beautiful the beaches are there. I was inspired for the second painting during one of our trips to South Durras."

Vibha also loves to read books.
