Shradha's qualifications and experience
Shradha joined KJB Law in 2024.
She has a background in technology and operations, and honed her skills as a network engineer at Optus, where she had to navigate complex technical landscapes with the goal of ensuring seamless network performance.
Moving into a leadership role, Shradha worked as a team leader in the areas of workforce compliance and support, guiding and encouraging her team to meet stringent standards and objectives.
Additionally, her tenure as a team leader for data analysts saw her maintaining standards of accuracy and compliance, and delivering reliable insights to clients.
These experiences shaped her operational expertise and reinforced her passion for working with people and teams.
She sees her strengths as approachability, understanding, and having a collaborative mindset, all of which lead her to embrace the challenge of human resources management.
