Qualifications and Experience:
Olivia was admitted to the legal profession in 2001 and has worked in both private practice an as in-house counsel. Acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants has given Olivia the unique ability of seeing the dispute from the perspective of both parties. Olivia has represented clients in the ACT and Victoria, in the Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, County Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and VCAT.
