Qualifications and Experience:
Experienced family law solicitor providing private clients with both out of court, and litigated solutions in the Family Law context. Dispute resolution through collaborative law and mediation.
Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner able to assist both parties to resolve parenting and property matters through the FDR process. If necessary able to issue section 60I certificates to enable Court proceedings to be initiated. Post Graduate FDRP qualification.
Primary tertiary qualification in Law and practicing for over 20 years.
Post graduate qualification in Psychology. Post Graduate qualification in Legal Practice management.
Experience working as a Registrar in the Family Court of Australia. Also experienced decision maker contracted to review applications for Child Support Assessment changes, based on special circumstance.
