Lindsay's experience and expertise
Lindsay (Shijie) Zhang is a solicitor focusing on the area of residential conveyancing in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.
She was admitted as a solicitor in the ACT in November 2023 and currently plays an integral role in our residential conveyancing team.
Lindsay brings a comprehensive set of skills to the table. Apart from handling standard conveyancing files, she also has expertise in adding a spouse to a title, transitioning from joint tenants to tenants in common, facilitating family law transfers, and assisting trustees and those with power of attorney in property sales.
Her academic journey spans three countries. She earned a double degree in German language and Law in China, followed by studies in Forensic Psychology and Criminology in the United Kingdom. Her legal expertise was further strengthened by obtaining a Juris Doctor degree from the Australian National University, where she distinguished herself with a grade point average of 5.9/7.
