Kim is a paralegal who has worked at KJB Law since March 1987. She has extensive experience in litigation, having worked in legal firms in Sydney and in Canberra before joining KJB Law.
Kim’s experience encompasses all aspects of litigation including third party, public liability, worker’s compensation, criminal injuries compensation, debt recovery, criminal and general litigation work. Kim has worked with Andrew Freer, a partner within KJB Law, for the past 14 years from the time he joined the firm. Being part of a committed team is paramount to both Kim and Andrew.
The longstanding relationship between Kim and the firm is testament to the commitment KJB Law has towards its staff and in turn the commitment of staff to KJB Law clients.
Kim and her husband have lived in Canberra for 35 years, raising two (now grown-up) children. Kim and John have a passion for travel, good wines, good food, art and music. Friends and family are very important. Kim loves keeping fit and is a member of the Southern Cross Club gym which she attends regularly.
“Having empathy with clients is a very important aspect of my work and helping to achieve a successful outcome on their behalf is very satisfying to me. I enjoy my contact with my work colleagues, insurers, members of the legal professional and members of the community generally.”
